Lidell is Co-Founder of Gaynor Page where he is actively involved in the firm’s Finance, Securities, Project Finance, Real Estate, and International practice areas. Lidell is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office and his clients include global lending institutions, international and domestic private equity and investment funds, international and domestic private finance lenders, hedge funds, media and gaming companies, technology companies, investors, and other international and domestic middle market companies. During the course of Lidell’s legal career, he has acted as lead counsel in over $10 billion of domestic and international project finance and real estate transactions.
Lidell’s securities practice involves representing issuers in connection with primary and secondary public offerings of securities, shelf registrations, and registered direct offerings.
Prior to co-founding Gaynor Page, Lidell was a Partner at a large law firm and Partner at a boutique law firm in Los Angeles where he was chair of the firm’s real estate and corporate practice groups. He also previously worked at large international law firms and as in-house at a large institutional lender.
Lidell is also an active member of the community as a member and former Board Member of NAACP Beverly Hills & Hollywood Chapters. He is conversant in Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian and German.
